Twirll PoS is capable of maintaing and managing your customers. With Twirll PoS you can also place orders for a perticular customer. But first, Let us know how can we add a new customer in our system
Adding a new Customer
To register a new customer follow the below path as
Click on “Add Customer” card on the page and you will be redirected to “Manage Customer” page
Now, click on “Register Customer” to add a new customer into the list. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter customer details
- Input the customer details in relevent sections
- Once all details are filled, click on “Register” button
When registration process is completed, you will be redirected to customer detail screen
Select an Existing Customer
To select an existing customer for the order, Folow below steps
you will will be redirected to “Manage Customer” page
Click on the customer to which you wish to place order.
You can now proceed with the order placing process
Changing Selected Customer
You can always change selected customer which is placed in an order. To change a selected customer follow the mentioned steps
Clicking on customer name will open customer detail page
On the customer detail page, click on “Change Customer” button on the top right of the page. This will take you back to “Manage Customer” page where all the customers are listed.
Select another customer which has requested to place order
