Items Overview screen is the listing of all the inventories of your system. You have to add items to your order from here.
Item Searching
Items in Twirll PoS can easily be searched even if you have too many items and don’t know the catalog name in which they belong. To search Items in PoS follow the below mentioned steps.
Twirll Login > Create New Order > Search
Click on “Search” button, that will open a input box.
#1 : Start typing the name of item you wish to find and according to the input it will automatically filter the relevant products in the listings.
#2 : Click on “Cancel” to close the search query
Adding Items to Order
Click on the item to add it in your list, repeat this process to add multiple items in your order as per the below screenshot.
Increase/Decrease quantity in cart
You can click on “+” symbol to increase the quantity of order, similarly click on “-“ symbol to reduce The quantity of item placed in order
