There can be different ways in which the customer can place an order. Twirll supports following order types:
- In-store or Dine-In: Customer purchases the product(s) in the store or place the dine-in order in restaurant.
- PickUp: The customer can place online order and choose to pick up at the desired store.
- Take Away: Restaurant customer can call or place online order and choose a takeaway later
- Delivery: Customer can choose to get the item/products delivered to a valid address.
- POS – Business can place the customer order using POS
Steps: Login Twirll ⇒ Select Operations (top header) ⇒ Click Manage Order Types (left side navigation menu)
Step 1: Tap on Operations
Step 2: Select your sales channel to set order type and and payment methods for your business
Step 3: Tap on Manage Order Type
Step 4: Enable checkbox for the order type which you want to enable. The selected order type will apply to the relevant business location and can be updated anytime.
Configure Payment Methods
Twirll also allows to configure following payment methods for each order type.
- Credit/Debit Card – Customer can pay online via secure payment gateway using debit/credit card (Note: online transaction charges apply)
- Cash – Customer can pay-by-cash for the given order type.
- EFTPOS – Customer can pay by eftpos machine, usually its the scenarios for POS
- Bank Transfer – Customer can EFT to business account
- Paytm – Customer can through Paytm to business account
- Cheque – Customer can pay through Cheque to business
