PoS Reporting gives complete analytics of different scopes your business. To go to PoS reporting, Follow the path as mentioned.
Click on the “Twirll” logo on the top to open the options menu. After that click on “Reports” that will take you to Analytics.
Here you can see that there are various tools available which helps in giving complete reporting of all the activities performed.
Revenue Reports
The “Revenue Reports” shows the analytics of the revenue is generated in the selected time period. You can find “Revenue Reports” from here
Clicking on the“Revenue Reports” will open complete analysis
The top Section includes filters by which you wish to see your reporting. The various filters are
- Time Selection : It is the time range in which you wish to see your reporting
- Chart Label : This is a switch to display chart value.
- Order Status : You can also your reports filtered by status of order such as : In-Progress, Dispatched, Completed or cancelled
- Report By : Revenue Reports can also be filtered by several other parameters like
- Order Type : Group your reports on the basis of type of order such as Dine-In, Takeaway etc
- Order Status : Group your reports on the basis of status of order such asIn-Progress, Dispatched, Completed etc.
- Source User : This is used to group all your reports on the basis of users.
- Sales Channel : This is used to group all your reports on the basis of sale mediums.

Payment Reports
The “Payment Reports” shows the analytics of the payment collected in the selected time period. You can find “Payment Reports” from here
Clicking on the“Payment Reports” will open complete analytics of the payments

- Time Selection : It is the time range in which you wish to see your reporting
- Chart Label : This is a switch to display chart value.

- Payment Mode : Group your reports on the basis of modes of payment such as cash, card, EFTPoS etc
- Payment Status : Group your reports on the basis of status of payment such as successful or failed payments.
- Payment Void : This is used to group all your reports on the basis of null payments.
- Payment Gateway : This is used to group all your reports on the basis of different gateways by which payment is recieved.

Invoice Payment Recievable
This report shows the analytics on Invoices created on your business. To check your Invoice reports, click here 
Once this is clicked, you can see your invoice reports filtered by time period
- Your “Invoice Report” is filtered by time period that you can change to desired time window
- Based on your selected time frame Invoice report are listed in the tabular format
Top Most Customer
Top most customer report is based on customer like it shows which customer has provided the most profit to your business. To see your “Top Most Customer” report click here
Once this is clicked, you will be redirected to “Top Most Customer” reports
“Report Filters” are used to group your analytics in the most suitable format
- Time Selection : It is the time range in which you wish to see your reporting
- Order Status : You can also your reports filtered by status of order such as : In-Progress, Dispatched, Completed or cancelled
