Twirll PoS is capable of managing payments while placing an order. There are different options available while processing payments like accepting payments through different modes, Pay Later, split payments etc. But to do so, we need to configure them first from the business portal. Once it is done, we can move forward with payment processing. To process payments on an active order follow below steps
Twirll Login > Create Cart > Add Items > Pay Now
#1 : Add Items in cart to enable payment processing
#2 : Click on “Pay” button to redirect to payment processing screen which looks like below
#1 : This represents total payable amount of that order
#2 : If you wish to break amount into two parts then click on “Split button”, this will break amount in two equal portions
#3 : There are multiple options through which payments can be processed, Thease all selectable options ate listed here
#4 : We have listed all currency dominations in this section easing payment process in case of cash
Pay Later
#5 : If payment is not yet received, click on “Pay Later” to postpone payments for this order
Normal Payment
#6 : If complete payment is received, click on “Confirm” button to place this order.
Fast Checkout
Fast checkout is provided to place order at a lightning speed and it’s very handy in a crowded place where you can receive payments using default payment method configured for the business location. The default payment method can be Cash/EFTPOS/Bank Transfer. When you select ‘Fast Checkout’ you will not be taken to Payment processing screen at all.
- Add Items in your order to proceed
- Click on “Fast” button at the bottom to confirm your order
Your order will be placed and you can move to next order creation
Payment Modes
Twirll PoS is also capable of accepting payments through different payment modes. The various payment modes can be described as below.
Payments can also be processed via EFTPOS. If you are using our integrated EFTPOS machines, there is no need to enter the amount manually. If you are NOT using our integrated EFTPOS machines, then in order to accept payment via EFTPOS
#1 : Select “EFTPOS” from the payments options
#2 : Select card type a customer has to accept payments
Payments are also acceptable with Bank Transfers to accept payment with this, click on “Bank Transfer”
Split Payments
Twirll PoS is also enabled with splitting payments, click on the amount to open a numeric keyboard in which amount can be modified.
#1 : arithmetic operations can be done on amount to ease the calculation part
#2 : This button is used to delete the amount entered in the fields
#3 : If Entered amount is finalized, click on “Done” button to save details
#4 : Clear is used to set amount to 0.
to split the amount click on “Split” button in front of amount to break amount. This will break amount in two rows.
Once amount is split into individual rows we can assign different payment modes to each payment row
If selected amount is less than total amount then “Add” button is displayed to adjust amount and if amount is finalized then you can click on “Pay Now” button in the bottom-right of the screen and if you don’t wish to accept payments right away you can also click on “Pay Later” to accept payments further in future
Above screenshot represents how the order confirmation screen looks when user decides to pay in future. The QR code can be scanned with any camera and it will redirect to payment screen
