Collect Payments

Collect Payment is the functionality provided to accept payment when an order is not paid when it is placed business can accept its remaining payment by following steps as follows(Fig. 1, Fig 2)

When “Collect payment” button is clicked a pop up will be opened to enter details for receiving order amount(Fig. 3)

  1. Mode of payment : Select mode of payment by which payment has to be recieved
  2. Amount : Input Amount which is to be received with the selected payment
  3. Confirm : This is a save button which is used to save transaction details

We can accept our payment with different methods also means that if we want to split our payment in different payment modes then we can do it easily (Fig. 4)

Various modes by which a business can accept payment is

  1. Cash : Cash is one of the basic means of transaction that a business can use to collect his payment
  2. EFTPOS : This stands for Electronic Funds Transfer at Point Of Sale which means user has to make E-transaction while buying a product from PoS.
  3. Bank Transfer : In this Mode of payment order amount is directly transferred to your bank account
  4. Pay Later : This is not a payment mode actually but it is to postpone payment
