This section include “Admin” configuration and settings.

Admin Screen

The Admin Screen contains the following section (Admin Screen, #1):

  • Manage Locations
  • Manage Users
  • Manage Business Taxes
  • KYC e-records
  • Manage IOT Devices
  • Subscription Plan
  • Run Completeness Test

Manage Locations

One business can have multiple business locations. Twirll allow adding multiple business locations (where maximum location count is restricted by the selected business plan). You can update location details anytime.

Steps  Click on Admin (Top Header menu)  Manage Locations (Left side of navigation menu)

 Add New Business Location
  1. Click ‘Add‘ button (refer screenshot below)Create location at twirll
  2. Fill business location details. Ensure to assign a meaningful name to the business location. Its displayed to the online customers. If required, use map and drag the pin to point the exact location of the business (screenshot below)
  3. Ensure to select the following (screenshot 2 has encircled the options):
    1. Location Type: This include multiple categories such as restaurant, event, service, retail etc. Ensure to select the right category
    2. Online Store Checkbox: If business has an online store or online restaurant, ensure to check this box. Businesses with no online presence (such as just dine-in restaurant or in-store retail shop only) can uncheck it. By default, its selected.
    3. Closed: By default, a business location remains as “Closed”. Click over “Closed” and it will toggle to “Open”How to add new business location in Twirll platform
  4. Click ‘Save changes‘ to save the details

View Business Locations

Multiple business locations are displayed in tabular format (refer screenshot below) and include the following:
  • Location Name : Name of business location
  • Status : Open/Closed business
  • City : City of the business location
  • Country : Country of the business location
  • Phone : Phone number of the business location
  • Checkin Code: Click on checkin code to view the QR Code of business location. This is auto-generated for each business location and allow online customers to use their smartphones and scan for checkin. Once checked in, customers can see the various details relevant to business, their catalog, products and services etc.
Manage location and Checkin codes Edit Business Location
To update a business location, open Manage Location. Click on the desired location and update with the required details.

Manage Users

Steps: Login into Twirll  Click Business Profile (Top Header)  Click Manage Users(left navigation menu)

A business owner can maintain one account for one business. If the owner have more than one business, then Twirll provides the facility to its users to maintain separate account for each business. With this facility Twirll makes the task of managing multiple businesses lot easier. Twirll also allows to create users in the business.  If the owner have multiple partners (or workers) in a business then he/she can also decide the access of each partner in his business. The access rights and responsibilities for each user depends on the type of role selected by the owner.

Adding New User :
  • To add new user, click on ‘Add‘ button at the top right side of the page (See the above image)
  • A box will appear on the screen (See the below image)
    • Fill all the details.
    • You need to set a password. For this click on’Generate Password‘ button.
    • A password will be generated by Twirll. You can change the password also if you want to.
  • If you want to create admin account, click on admin checkbox. If not checked then the non-admin account will be created.
  • If you want to make the account active, then click on active checkbox. If not checked then account will be created but will not work.
  • The admin can change the status of any account anytime. Just click on that account and at the left middle side just below the image you will see the checkbox. Tick or untick  as per the requirement.

    Twirll provides the following types of roles :
  •  Super User – Twirll users can enjoy this facility within which if the business owner is not able to perform any task or facing any difficulty in managing the portion of his business then Twirll can manage that upon the request made by the owner.
  •  Admin – The users under this category has granted all the access apart from Follow/Follower functionality i.e this user cannot follow any consumer or business.
  • Non-Admin – The user under this category  has limited access.

Manage Business Taxes

As we know, there are certain types of sales taxes to be paid to the Government collected by the business levied at the point of sale.These taxes depends on various factors like country, product, state, etc like Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia, Value Added Tax (VAT) in India. Twirll allows business to configure that these taxes should be applied to the products costs or not. To configure the taxes, follow the following steps:

 As shown in Screen-1, business can select Yes or No if it wants to levy taxes on products or not respectively. If selected Yes, then further business can choose to include these  taxes in selling price or not.

KYC e-records

KYC(Know your customer) is the process of the business to verify the identity of its clients. Twirll requires that its clients should be KYC compliant in order to prevent identity theft, financial frauds, money laundering. To ensure this, Twirll while dealing with a new business, asks business to submit certain details online along with hard copy of documents which it verifies at its end.

The details may be country specific and so the set of documents required may differ from country to country. Below is an example for an Australian business client for Twirll. 
Twirll stores details mentioned below and allows to update this information which is not yet verified by Twirll. This information will be either verified or rejected by Twirll and will be displayed on the same page.
  •          Registered business name
  •          Registered company name
  •          ABN (Australian Business Number)
  •          ACN (Australian Company Number)
  •          Bank Name
  •          Account name and number
  •          BSB (Bank-State-Branch) number
    Please note here that ABN, ACN, BSB, are specific to Australia and these details may differ for other countries.snapshot40

Manage IOT Devices

Twirll allows to manage printers and other devices centrally i.e across locations which can be used for printing receipts, report, order summary, etc.

Screen-1
Screen-1 shows the list of devices configured across different locations for a business. Twirll allows to add a new devices by clicking on ‘Add New Device‘ button on right hand side as shown in screen-1.
Add Device
  1. Click on Add button.
  2. Fill in the details and click on ‘Save‘ button.
  3. If all details are correct then device will be added and successful message will be displayed.

Subscription Plan

Login Twirll  Click on Business Profile (Top header menu)  Click on Subscription plan (Left navigation menu)

The subscription plans basically activates the services that are available within the plan. You can choose any of the plan as per your requirement. Twirll have four plans for its users – Basic, Standard, Gold and Platinum. You can see the services that are covered within each plan in the given image.

The above plans covers all the services required by the business. But if the above services combination does not fulfil your requirement than you can contact our sales team to avail customised plan as per your requirements.

Once you have created your business profile, have created users, added locations, configured order types and business attributes like printer then you can run ‘Completeness test‘ on your business. Twirll will show successful or error messages as per your configurations. Also, it will give warning messages if there is additional optional configuration which needs to be done.
